Traditional Marketing Coordinator will continually project a unified Maronda presentation to the consumer through our advertising and website that properly identifies our market goals and clearly denotes to the consumer the pride and professionalism that we conduct our business of building homes. To increase traffic to the communities and website, resulting in immediate and incremental sales.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Traditional and Digital Marketing Directors and provided day to day coordination of marketing projects/task
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze the success of all marketing efforts
  • Initiate dialogue with both internal and external buyers and vendors to build meaningful relationships and help shape and build an understanding of our unique homes and selling propositions.
  • Support operations and events, ensuring marketing tactics that support our business operations
  • Understand and support daily operations to drive traffic to our communities
  • Identifies and communicates with third party vendors.
  • Exposure to design thinking principles; experience with applying design thinking principles and agile processes to enable innovation in new product design and product lifecycle changes.
  • Oversee creation of print marketing/advertising pieces as needed to project a unified Maronda presentation to the consumer, and cause a positive call to action
  • Direct and coordinate marketing efforts as it relates to, but not limited by:
  • New sales centers/models and selection centers
  • Photography 360 Tours
  • Signage Creation and Implementation
  • Print Materials
  • Brochures
  • Renderings
  • Interactive Floorplans and Static Floorplans
  • Fliers
  • Direct Mail
  • All Other Sales Collateral and Distribution
  • Compliance Regulations
  • Manage and Facilitate events
  • Approve and Manage all Online Orders
  • All other duties as assigned by Traditional Marketing Director

Education and Work Experience

  • 1+ years of traditional marketing experience
  • Experience working inside a creative agency or experience managing creative agency resources preferred.
  • Experience managing projects or campaigns preferred
  • Crisis management and customer care experience preferred
  • Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
  • Knowledge of audience analytics, audience development, and the ability to understand and learn from data
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Collaborative problem-solver
  • Gmail and G-Suite
  • Adobe creative suite:
  • Adobe spark
